SHIPPING & RETURNS

All "IN STOCK" products shipped within 1 Business Day via shipping method you choose at checkout.

We accept returns on all new unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in original packaging with all initially supplied accessories and documents. All returned items must be sent with trucking number, signature confirmation and insurance in a case the item will be broken during transportation. Returns are processed within 5 business days and refund issued back to original method of payment used. If product arrived in damaged or not working condition, it must be reported to us immediately with PHOTOS (no later than 3 days after delivery) and we will exchange the product or provide a new replacement part, depending on the damage. If a buyer refuses that, he must pay for return shipping and ship back the item on his own. If products returned back in used, damaged or misrepresented condition buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If a product has been bought by mistake buyer pays return shipping cost. If buyer not able to receive package and sign delivery confirmation or provide wrong address we apply a 20% restocking fee.
